Q. How would you describe perfect happiness?
A. I don't believe there is such a thing this side of heaven. Perfect happiness is reserved for eternity when we will be with God forever.

WHY PRESS PAUSE
By Linda Mintle - July 10, 2009
Are you tired of mindless eating? Has eating lost its joy and become a source of guilt? If so, this is a book that will speak to you and offer hope for joyful eating. I know how important it is to make good food choices and exercise. I dealt with both of these topics in my bestseller Lose It For Life. But all my clinical experience tells me that most of us struggle with the emotional and mindless side of eating. Sometimes we are too busy, too tired, bored, and even happy. And all we want to do is eat and not think about life. I get it. I’ve done it but I know what to do to prevent mindless eating. I’d love for you to read this book and let me know how it helped you. We all need to learn to PRESS PAUSE before we eat!
